What's your return & exchange policy?

We have a 30-day return policy from date of delivery for a full refund or exchange. The items should be returned in the condition received - NOT WORN, ALTERED, DAMAGED or WASHED. 

We offer free return shipping on all USA based orders.

All refunds will be applied to the original payment method. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

All items purchased on sale are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

To request return or exchange please follow the 3 steps below:

STEP 1: Contact us via Live Chat or email at customerservice@takuyaduncan.com to request a Return Shipping label along with the reason for the return or exchange. For exchanges, include a written description of the items needed. We will email you a printable Return Shipping label right away. 

STEP 2: Print out the UPS Return Shipping label and affix the label onto the original packaging; ensure you remove any previous shipping labels. If you prefer to use your own method of shipment, we recommend sending your package to us via a traceable carrier and retaining any tracking information. We do not accept C.O.D. packages.

STEP 3: PACK & SHIP - Pack the items you wish to return and send to the following address:

Refunds for returned products will be made as soon as product has undergone a quality control check, 15 business days at the latest, after Takuya Duncan receives the returned products. The refund will be made to the method of payment you used for the order in question. Please note, depending on the credit card company/issuing bank, it may take up to 30 days for the refund to appear on your statement.

How to I return an international shipped order?

For international orders we do not supply a return shipping label and its your responsibility. Please use a trackable mail service and return to address above.  

Note: on your commercial invoice please be sure to state items in package are "Returns" and use each items retail price as its value.

What if I received an item that is damaged, defective or incorrect product?

If you received a damaged or defective product, or, the item that you received was not what you ordered, please contact Customer Service immediately via Live Chat or customerservice@takuyaduncan.com.
